Classic Guacamole

You never eat the same guacamole twice.
”The amounts and specific ingredients have always been rather free-wheeling and open to interpretation. It’s a new adventure each time!
- 1 avocado
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- Lemon juice to taste
- Drop or 2 Tabasco sauce
Roughly chop the onion and avocado, and place in the bowl of a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Blitz till smooth and creamy, and adjust the Tabasco and lemon to taste.
Serve with corn chips, preferably about 5pm on a balmy Brisbane evening with a view of the river.
